PNE Construction

Privacy notice

Effective September 15, 2026

This notice describes how PNE OPS (PNE Master Ops), PNE Construction’s operations application at pneops.com, handles information when authorized team members use the workspace or connect Google services.

Information used in the workspace

The app processes account and team information; client names and contact details; job addresses, claim and project details; estimates and payment records; tasks and appointments; communications; and files or notes supplied to the workspace. Which information is present depends on what users enter, upload or connect.

Google account access

A PNE owner may authorize a Google account for the company workspace. Google asks for permission before access is granted. The app uses the authorized services for these functions:

Google access is used to provide these workspace functions. PNE OPS does not sell Google user data or use it for advertising. PNE OPS’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

AI assistance

When a user requests an AI feature, the app sends the supplied material and relevant job context to its configured AI service. The app uses OpenAI models, directly or through Vercel AI Gateway, to extract client details, suggest next steps and draft communications. These requests disable response storage through the API’s store option; this does not mean the service has no operational or security retention.

AI output is presented for review. Google user data is used only to support the requested workspace features, not to train a generalized AI model. Users should review facts and recipients before saving or sending a result.

Storage, access and service providers

The application runs on Vercel and uses Supabase for authentication, database records and uploaded file storage. Google processes connected service requests, and OpenAI and Vercel process AI requests when those features are used. These providers receive information necessary to perform their respective functions.

Saved records are available to authorized PNE users according to their company and role permissions. Google authorization tokens are encrypted before storage and used by the server. Uploaded job files use private storage and temporary authorized download links. Email recipients and calendar invitees receive the content users choose to send to them. Browser cookies and local storage support sign-in, trusted devices and application operation.

Retention and your choices

Saved workspace records, imported content and communication history remain in PNE’s workspace until removed through authorized administration. Removing Google access stops future authorized access; it does not automatically delete information already saved in PNE OPS or copies held in Google services or by message recipients.

You can review or remove Google authorization in your Google Account connections. To request access, correction or deletion of information held in PNE OPS, or help disconnecting an account, contact james@pnepros.com. PNE will evaluate the request against applicable project recordkeeping and legal requirements. Provider backup and operational records are subject to the relevant provider’s retention practices.
